Choose between Twinkle or Steady:

• LED Twinkling Bulbs are a little different than traditional incandescent twinkling bulbs. LED Twinkle Bulbscontainan oscillator that alternates current on and off to produce a Twinkling, Flashing, or Blinking effect. Contrary to Incandescent Bulbs, LEDs will start twinkling immediately when turned on and last longer than steady bulbs.
• Steady Bulbs stay on continuously while plugged in. No flashing on and off.
